Union General Counsel
Services
The
Michigan Police Legal Advisor Group represents a variety of public safety organizations as their General Counsel. It
is our belief that you get what you pay for when it comes to union representation. It is for that reason that Mr. Naumcheff
believes that the "parent" public safety unions are not capable of providing the same level of protection and attention
to detail that is afforded to Michigan Police Legal Advisor Group clients. The Michigan Police Legal Advisor Group charges
less and provides much more because of our background and fee structure.
Public Employee
Rights Overview
Public employees,
especially those in the police and fire professions have specific
rights afforded to them by the United States Constitution and the laws of the State of Michigan. The following
is a thumbnail sketch of the rights of public safety professionals in Michigan.
Mr. Naumcheff takes calls from union members on a daily basis,
most of whom are members of large parent unions. He is always available to answer questions relating to police officer
and firefighter rights at no charge. This holds true whether or not your organization is a client of the Michigan Police
Legal Advisor Group. Brett Naumcheff frequently assits members of POLC, POAM, MAP, UAW, TEAMSTERS and independent
associations. You should ask yourself why a member of a parent union would call the Michigan Police Legal Advisor Group
if they are satisfied with their current representation. The overriding reason is quality.
